I IRVING THOMAS BYE of "Alming" 183 Commercial Road Staines Surrey HEREBY REVOKE all Wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me AND DECLARE this to be my last Will
1. I APPOINT my Sons COLIN THOMAS BYE of 15 Leyland Lane Heaton Bradford 9 Yorkshire and ALAN BYE of 38 Fairlawn Close Hanworth Middlesex (hereinafter called "my Trustees") to be the EXECUTORS AND TRUSTEES of this my Will
2. I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever situate not hereby or by any codicil hereto otherwise specifically disposed of and which I can dispose of by Will in any manner I think proper either as beneficially entitled thereto or under any general power unto my Trustees UPON TRUST that my Trustees shall sell the said real estate (including chattels real) call in sell and convert into money such part of my personal estate as does not consist of money with power to postpone such sale and conversion for such a period as my Trustees without being liable to account and in their absolute discretion my think proper and so that any revisionary interest be not sold until it falls into possession unless my Trustee sees special reason for sale
3. My Trustees shall out of the money to arise from the sale of my said real and personal estate and out of my ready money pay my funeral and testamentary expenses death duties and debts
4. My Trustees shall stand possessed of the net proceeds of my estate UPON TRUST for such of them my said two Sons COLIN THOMAS BYE and ALAN BYE as shall survive me and if more than one in equal shares absolutely PROVIDED always that if either of my said Sons shall predecease me leaving a child or children living at my death who attains the age of eighteen years then such child or children shall take and if more than one equally between them per stirpes the share of my residuary estate which his her or their parent would have taken had such parent survived me
5. MONIES due to be invested under the trusts of this my Will may be invested in or upon such securities stocks shares or other real or personal investments or in such manner as my Trustees may in their sole and absolute discretion think fit from time to time and in such manner as if they were themselves beneficial owners thereof without being responsible for loss in the exercise of their discretion
6. IN addition to all other powers conferred by law my Trustees may at any time and from time to time raise the whole or any part of the vested contingent expectant or presumptive share or shares of any beneficiary under Clause 4 hereof and pay the same to or apply the same for the advancement maintenance education or otherwise howsoever for the benefit of such beneficiary
IN WITNESS whereof I have to this my Will set my hand this Sixteenth day of March One thousand nine hundred and eighty-three
